• Installation and support of software for the classroom and office systems.

• The supply and installation of all ICT equipment and software, meeting all recommended baseline specifications.

• Support to all staff and pupils as required, e.g.

1. Classroom support (If needed)

2. One to one training with staff, using specialized hardware e.g. (Whiteboard/Projectors)

3. Support to all non-teaching staff with hardware and software

• Remote IT support for both admin and curriculum systems to ensure problems can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

• Installation and maintenance of all backup, antivirus software, including all updates of antivirus software.

• Full support for SIMS.net (Attendance, Assessment Manager, NovaT) etc.
